What am i doing wrong?

ok well i have been dating this guy for 7 months and the past 3 months we have been doing nothing but arguing... about a week ago we got into a bigger fight and i brock up with him we talked it out and we are back together i told him i don't want to fight any more so he agreed... today was a different story we started arguing and i can remember what i said but he said then walk the streets (not as a hooker). but he knows i was homeless for 2 years i said that was ****** up but he said that it wasn't and that im over exaggerating then he also said that it seems like im not trying to work on our relationship which im trying my hardest to do but his arguing is not helping. hes going to ohio next month and i'm not sure if i should go.... please help me save my relationship
