Help me with early morning practice and exercise?

Gaining flexibility is something you do over time. If you do it a little bit every day, you'll get there. When I first got into martial arts, I could hardly kick straight out to my side. Now I can easily kick my leg over my head. It took time, believe me. I would add some lunges and squats into your routine, and do a few push-ups. A little more leg and upper body strength makes you a much better athlete. Also, don't run every day. It's bad for your knees. Max number of days to run per week should be 4.
