How do i get a boyfriend? please help :(?

it's not that i'm ugly, or fat, or annoying. i'm fairly pretty and i have a nice curve to me. it's just that all the guys i know are more of guy friends that dont really care about being in a relationship. i'm just really lonely and want to meet more guys so i can have a fun summer with someone i really like that likes me back. how can i get myself out there and meet boys my age?
