Am I considered promiscuous if I like facials?

So I'm not exactly sure if a guy would consider you a slu* if you like his spunk on your face, but I do. And the only thing is that my boyfriend enjoys it but I'm kind of afraid of what he might think about me. Idk if he thinks im too easy or if i actually do love him, which i do. so should I tell him that im doing it because i enjoy it, or should i tell him that i do it because I love him, or simply tell him nothing at all? What do you guys think about girls who let you give them facials? Do you consider them trashy or do you appreciate them more?
