Really like a girl but there are cultural differences, what should I do??? ADVICE please!!?

So I'm going into my junior year in college in the fall. I've known this girl since freshman year. We've gotten really close this year and have been in cles together since my spring semester freshman year. We started studying more together (we are both chem majors) and hanging out more. I never liked her as more than a friend until recently (I was interested in another girl at the time). We joke around with each other, flirt a lot, and she doesn't mind me being in her personal space. I have gone out with her as friends a few times and we have no problem talking to each other. We text really often too and tell each other how amazing the other person is. The only thing is she is Indian and I am pretty sure her parents are very strict and traditional. I am east asian and I don't know what to do (my parents do not care who I date or marry, as long as I am happy). It is also worth noting that she hasn't had a real boyfriend yet and said that she wasn't interested in dating during the year when some other guy was trying to make moves on her. Any advice is appreciated!
